We are running out of water.. and considering it's only April, we've some serious problems ahead. Even if it rained for 40 days and 40 nights it wouldn't top things up. A hose pipe ban we have... by summer it'll be one bath a month... per household. Which will bring whole new set of issues....Yikes!
It's really noticable on my walks near water how much the topography changes... and very intersting it is too.. We all adjust of course... but wildlife doesn't have Tescos to help em out. So I will look on with interest and it's already formed a new project for a solo show. 'Whilst walking by water' has spauned much new work. New shapes, new palette, interesting light... great for me but I'm mindful that flora and fauna needs a helping hand.
