A kind of blue

Norfolk is very much on my mind at the mo. It's the antithesis of Pembrokeshire and the Southwest.
It's very calm and still. To experience it in the evening is akin to reading a page of a book very slowly... then reading it again...

Here is a memory scribble from a recent drawing on site. A water colour and a visual for a bigger painting. The East coast is well known for it's whoooping great colourful skies...  it does of course have to go to sleep. Here I'm reading it a good night story.

Calm and still
Water colour sketch with a splash of acrylic and knife.
