Can't help noticing the quality of light and indeed the colours of our land offering a slight tinge of change. It suits me fine of course, I really love September and October....
I've been out walking the wilds and expanses of the Northamptonshire countryside this weekend... and there are times when all you can see is field after field and in some areas you can touch on Fenland, which is a bit errr rr... and others like the Oxfordshire borders it gets a little lumpier! Occasionally It can feel somewhat remote... although it has to be said... 'quite beautiful too.'
