On a recent visit to Norfolk I thoroughly enjoyed the breaking down of our glorious summer past. In came the wind and the rain and some meteorological drama! I do love summer warmth and sunshine of course but I find autumn far more inspiring!
This week paintings are a pouring out of me and I'm really consumed my current project of North Norfolk landscapes. Here is one of my working sketches.. I think this is destined to become a biggy!... I really enjoy scaling up my work. However just right now it's only 20cm square and a lovely visual to work from.
