The start of a new business year for me today... and I've already had an excellent start. A good nights kip, then seven laps of the recreation ground with LePooch to exercise the brain muscle and all by 7.15am. The sun is shinning brightly too....which is always welcome.
Next is fuel... So I'm gonna have a mug of coffee, toast and a selection of the above.
Didn't they used to say 'go to work on an egg??'
