Just as the light gets lazy and the summer colours cool off, autumn changes my work pattern and the way I analyse what is going on around me. It's a very positive process which I embrace. I'm currently experimenting with new working practice which I'm enjoying. New opportunities are arising too
which I'm considering... It's all lovely stuff. And after a very challenging year I feel I'm very much back in the swing of things.
